Revealed at the beginning of the Fall-Winter 2025 season, the Kenzo x Futura 2000 collection launches new exclusive pieces.
These novelties are part of a friendship celebration between NIGO and Futura 2000, futuristic style pioneer.
He revisited Nigo’s wardrobe staples including jersey pieces, elevated knitwear, coach jacket and introduces a new graphic depicting the "Pointman" character, a key artwork of the artist, in colorful tones.
Futura 2000 was among the earliest artists to introduce abstract forms into the art and to push the boundaries, spreading his futuristic style into the art galleries in the 1980s.
He collaborated with different artists and creative across multiple genres. His work is included in the collections of The New Museum, New York; MOCA, Los Angeles; Groninger Museum, the Netherlands; Yvon Lambert, Galerie De Noirmont; Fondation Louis Vuitton, Paris, and Takashi Murakami’s Kaikai Kiki Gallery, Tokyo, and Eric Firestone Gallery, New York.
