KENZO MEN'S JEWELRY FOR FALL/WINTER 2013
Delfina Delettrez conceived for KENZO some pieces of jewelry for men, for Fall/Winter 2013, playing with the main graphic elements of the show: lightning bolts and clouds.
Delfina Delettrez first made her mark on the jewelry scene with her eponymous debut collection in 2007. The bold, dreamlike world of her designs caught the eye of Humberto Leon and Carol Lim, who enlisted her for their first KENZO jewelry line for Fall/Winter 2012.
The young designer created necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings and other accessories from real orange slices and nut kernels, coated in gold-colored metal and resin. Delfina returned to KENZO to design the Spring/Summer 2013 jewelry collection, an assortment of cufflinks, rings and combs inspired by the jungle theme. For the upcoming season, she also designed jewelry for the KENZO man, with pieces such as her lightning bolt tie-pins. For women, the collection is all about the protective eye, gold and ribbons inspired by India, China and Nepal.
