The horse is the seventh sign of the Chinese zodiac. It stands for creativity and vitality. It enforces our needs for action and our ambition but moves with agility and elegance.
Carol and Humberto are aficionados of new technologies. Their hyper-connected lives are shared online on social networks and KENZO is a playground where they experiment new digital forms of expression.
They constantly place innovation at the core of our house codes: last June, for example, they chose to present a holographic version of our Fall/Winter 2013 collection, during the LVMH Journées Particulières. KENZO IN SHANGHAï - PART #1: l'AVENUE
Hello Shanghaï! Capital of the new world ! Last Friday, we opened our new store located in one of Shanghai’s most prestigious shopping venues, l’Avenue, designed by Japanese architect Jun Aoki, wich just opened in the Changning district. The store has been fitted with KENZO's latest approach to retail, which was developed by Carol and Humberto, to showcase technology merging with the brand's continued ethos of revitalization. The new experience is part of an all-immersive brand experience for customers.
We had the chance to celebrate this opening with our friends Rila Fukushima, Xiao Wen, Kozue Akimoto, Han huo Huo and Ming Xi, all dressed in eyes, lotus or ribbons!
