If you have placed an order recently, our shipping partner UPS has informed us that delays are to be expected. You can track your order via the UPS website.


The return period has been extended to 30 days for your convenience.
This information is likely to evolve according to the measures necessary / recommended by the authorities.
The refund time frame for returns will be extended to 16 days after reception.
If your return has already been dropped off at a UPS access point or declared as received, please contact Customer Service at

We invite you to wait for the reopening of our stores to return any purchases made with them.

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes after it has been placed directly in your account. After this time limit, your order will be processed and shipped.If you are unable to successfully cancel your order, please use the prepaid label to return it. See the returns section of the FAQ for the detailed process.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any modifications to your order once it has been once it has been placed. 

If you are still within 30 minute window, you can cancel your order in the "Orders" section in your account.The temporary authorization on your method of payment will be released once it has been canceled.

If you unable to cancel your order, please follow our process to return your order within 14 days of the delivery date.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Please return the unwanted product to receive your refund and place a new order for the desired size/color/product.

Please use the pre-paid return label that was enclosed in your order to send the product back to KENZO.
