Frequently asked questions
Please write to our Customer Service in the « Contact Us » section of the FAQ with your full name and order number (if you have it).
You have 30 minutes to cancel your order, either directly through your account or by using the link sent to you in your order confirmation email. After this time, it is not possible to cancel it and your order will be sent.
However, you will be able to return it for free. Please go the returns section of the FAQ for the return process.
Methods of payment accepted are: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carte Bleue and Maestro), Paypal and Klarna (Pay later, Pay over time).
Local payment methods are also accepted: Sofort, iDeal, China Union Pay, WeChat Pay, Alipay, JCB, Discover and Diners Club.
All US credit cards and payments done with Paypal, Sofort, Ideal, CUP, WeChat Pay, Alipay and JCB are debited immediately while all other payment methods are debited at the time the order is shipped.
We ship to all countries within the European Union, Norway, Switzerland, Island, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan Region, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Japan, Indonesia, Vietnam, Canada, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkey, Mexico, Israel, Lebanon, Philippines, New Zealand and and to the 50 states of the United States.
Countries within the EU include: France, Monaco, Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus (EU), Romania, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Malta, Denmark, Ireland, the Czech Republic, Austria, Spain, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovak Republic, Croatia.
Please note that we do not deliver to outermost regions of the EU (i.e. Guyana, Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Martinique, Reunion, Canaries, Acores and Madera) nor to Puerto-Rico.

Your order will be delivered via DHL within 2-3 working days (not including week-ends and french national holidays).
You can find your tracking number in your customer account under "Orders", or by using the link in your order confirmation email.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product. It is not possible to exchange items purchased online, even to change sizes or colours. Please note that if you don't follow these instructions, we will not be able to refund you automatically.
Step 1: Create a return in your Kenzo account ∙Go to the "orders" section of your Kenzo account.
If you ordered without an account, click on the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email. Look for your order number and select "create a return".
Follow the three steps to select the product and quantity to return, and specify the reason for your return.
You will receive a confirmation email.
Step 2: Return your item Once your return has been created, you will receive an email from "Glopal Returns / KENZO Returns" within 3 working days, with a return document (Packing list) and a pre-paid return label* to stick on the outside of the parcel. Check your spam folder if you haven't received this email after 3 days. If you reuse the original delivery packaging, remember to remove the original shipping note so that only the return note appears on the outside. Drop off the package at a service point near you: http://www.dhlexpress.fr/localiser-agences-dhl
Returns are made via DHL EXPRESS.
Don't forget to attach the return document to the parcel in order to identify it. Remember to make a note of the tracking number indicated on the delivery note to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
* This pre-paid return label can only be used from the country where the order was delivered.
We do not accept returns from store purchases. Please return to the store where you purchased the article to ask about their return policy. If you bought the product while traveling, please call the store directly using the contact information in our store locator and they will give you options on how to return the product.
Orders
You can track the progress of your order by logging in to your customer account if you have one, or by using the link that was sent to you when your order was confirmed.

Unfortunately, we can't make any changes once you've placed an order.
If you are still within 30 minutes of placing your order, you can still cancel it and place a new one. Your card will not be charged or will be refunded automatically if you cancel within the 30 minute window. You may cancel your order in the "Orders" section in your account.
If this window has passed, you will receive the order and can return it free of charge by creating a return from your customer account, if you have one, or by using the link sent to you when you confirmed your order. You also have the option to refuse delivery.

Payment
The online payment is completely secure. Your bank details are protected and encrypted by the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. This means that your data is transferred in an encrypted and secure manner.

The Italian tax code is a mandatory national identification code assigned to every Italian citizen and resident. You will find this code on your Italian identity card. This number is required for any Internet payment and / or shipment to Italy.
The prices of KENZO products includes taxes, respecting the rules of the shipping country. You will not receive a VAT refund for your purchases on our site.

DHL requires a signature on delivery to your address. You can request a delivery time when you receive the message (via email or SMS) confirming that DHL is processing your package for delivery.
We can not modify a delivery address once the order is passed. However you have 30 minutes from the time your order is placed to cancel it. After this period, you can request a change when you receive the message (via email or SMS) confirming that DHL is processing your package for delivery.
When a customer accepts a package without opening it or raising any issues, the receipt is considered to be in order and cannot be appealed. However, you can always contact our customer service department using the « Contact Us » section of our FAQs.

Returns

Returns are free, and can be made up to 14 days after receipt of your product.Please create a return from your customer account, under Orders, or by using the link in your order confirmation email; our partner Glopal will send you the return instructions and documents within 24 to 48 hours. Please check your spam folder to see if the email is there.
We will reimburse you for KENZO products that are returned at the invoiced price, according to their method of payment, within a maximum period of 14 days following the date we receive the product back. Even if we already received your return, please keep in mind that it has to be checked by our Quality Department which may take a few days. No reimbursement will be given for any products that are returned incomplete, ruined, damaged, deteriorated, soiled or that have been used. These products will be shipped back to you and you will be notified by our customer service if this is the case.
Please note that it can take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

I bought an item in-store; can I return it to the Eshop?
We do not accept returns of products purchased in-store.
We do not accept returns from store purchases. Please return to the store where you purchased the article to ask about their return policy. If you bought the product while traveling, please call the store directly using the contact information in our store locator and they will give you options on how to return the product.
Refunds can only be made using the same payment method used for your order.

Gift
As mentioned on the website, we do not offer gift wrapping. We send your items in an exclusive pouch, offered only for our ready-to-wear items (not including accessories/shoes, which have their own packaging (box, fabric pouch...)).
We don't offer the ability to insert a personalised message with your order.
The receipt is not included in the package. You can access it by logging in to your account or by using the link in your order confirmation email.
