THE KENZO X ASICS COLLABORATION

KENZO is unveiling its first sneakers collaboration with Japanese brand ASICS designed by Artistic Director Nigo.


The name Kayano comes from its designer himself, Toshikazu Kayano, who created the first version of this iconic design in 1993.

Originally launched in 2013, the ASICS GEL-KAYANO 20 is a cushioned sneaker that provides comfort and stability. This resilient shoe is being relaunched by KENZO, further emphasizing the legitimacy of the brand in the sneaker market.

Three genderless KENZO x ASICS styles combine the colorful heritage of KENZO and the technical expertise of ASICS.

The Gel-Kayano 20 'KENZO x ASICS' Sneakers - Off White

Inspired by KENZO's iconic tiger graphic, the sneaker features a distinctive white and grey tiger pattern, complemented by a black lining and a black-and-white outsole.



It gathers the classic elements and organic graphics, turning it into a strong fashion statement.

The silver "KENZO" signature adorns the front, while a gold "GEL" details the heel. A gold "GEL-KAYANO 20" inscription is placed at the back.

Inspired by KENZO's concept of travel, the design features the colors of national flags and is also enhanced by a 3D printed animal pattern.


The blue "KENZO" signature adorns the front, while a grey "GEL" details the heel. A white embossed "GEL-KAYANO 20" inscription is placed at the back.

The Gel-Kayano 20 'KENZO x ASICS' Sneakers - Cyan

Also inspired by KENZO's iconic tiger graphic, this cyan model features a fake fur material with a blue and green tiger pattern, making a bold fashion statement.



The outsole is black, orange and blue, with lime "KENZO" signature at the front, lime "GEL" inscription on the heel. A red "GEL-KAYANO 20" inscription is placed at the back.
