Definitely the coolest thing to be found in this 1985 issue of Vogue Paris is the cover article, which is an extensive editorial by David Hockney featuring beautiful full-page photos and giant spreads of his photograph collages, paintings, drawings and essays on his work and aesthetics in general handwritten in French. But the vintage couture campaigns, the gloriously ridiculous pantyhose ads, and the 80s-chic editorials are definitely a close second, making this 27-year-old (!) issue of Vogue Paris one of our favorite newly for sale books at the Rue de Rennes store.
