We ship to all countries within the European Union, Norway, Switzerland and to the 50 states of the United States. Countries within the EU include: France, Monaco, Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus (EU), Romania, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Malta, Denmark, Ireland, the Czech Republic, Austria, Spain, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovak Republic, Croatia. Please note that we do not deliver to outermost regions of the EU (i.e. Guyana, Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Martinique, Reunion, Canaries, Acores and Madera) nor to Puerto-Rico. For orders within the European Union, Norway and Switzerland:

  • For orders under 200 €, the shipping cost is 10€ for Norway, Switzerland and Europe except UK
  • For orders of 200 € and above, the shipping cost is waived. 
  • For orders under 200 £, the shipping cost is 10£ for UK
  • For orders of 200£ and above, the shipping cost is waived. 
  • Local taxes are included in this calculation, except for Norway and Switzerland for which import taxes are not.

For deliveries to the United States: 

  • $20 delivery fee for orders under $200
  • Free delivery for orders $200 and above.
  • All orders are tax free
  • Duty charges apply and are calculated in the cart for orders of $800 and more.

Your order will be delivered, via UPS or DHL, in 3-5  business days (not including week-ends and french national holidays).
Signature will be required upon delivery. Please regularly check the status of your delivery on the website of the transporter using the tracking number provided to you.

You will find your tracking number in the "Orders" section of your account.

We can not modify a delivery address once the order is passed. However you have 30 minutes from the time your order is placed to cancel it. Once your order is shipped, please contact the transporter directly referencing your tracking number found in your account to change your address directly with them.
