We ship to countries within the European Union including France, Monaco, Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus (EU), Romania, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Malta, Denmark, Ireland, the Czech Republic, Austria, Spain, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovak Republic, Croatia.
Please note that we do not deliver to outermost regions of the EU (i.e. Guyana, Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Martinique, Reunion, Canaries, Acores and Madera).

The delivery fees:
            -For orders under 200 €/£, the shipping cost is 10 €/£ to all countries.
            -For orders of 200€/£ and above, the shipping cost is waived. 
Please note that customs and local taxes are included in this calculation.

Your order will be delivered, via UPS or DHL, in 3-7 business days (not including week-ends and french national holidays).
Signature will be required upon delivery. Please check regularly the status of your delivery on the website of the transporter using the tracking number provided to you.

You will find your tracking number in the "Orders" section of KENZO Club.

Pre-orders must be made on separate orders and can not be combined with regular products. Once you have placed your pre-order, you will receive an email confirmation with the estimated delivery time and a second email once the pre-order item has been shipped. Payment for pre-ordered items will be debited at the time of order confirmation.

Please write to our Customer Service in the "Contact us" section of the FAQ specifying your full name and order number (if you have it).

Please contact our customer service through the "Contact Us" section of the FAQ specifying the order number and new delivery address including phone number.  However, we are unable to change the country of delivery once the order has been placed.  If it is within 30 minutes of your order, you can cancel your order directly in KENZO Club and place a new order.

Unfortunately, we can't make any changes once you've placed an order. 

If you are still within 30 minutes of placing your order, you can still cancel it and place a new one. Your card will not be charged or will be refunded automatically if you cancel within the 30 minute window. You may cancel your order in the "Orders" section in KENZO Club.

If you are not able to cancel your order, please follow our process to return your order within 14 days of the delivery date.
