In-store Purchases:Purchases made at one of our retail locations after March 1st can be exchanged at the original store of purchase within two weeks of reopening. Please note that stores may reopen on different dates. We will post the opening dates as soon as possible and invite you subscribe to the site to be immediately notified.

KENZO cannot ship to PO boxes. Orders to PO boxes are subject to cancellation..
Orders are processed and shipped same day if received and clear credit authorization by 12PM EST.

Unfortunately, you are unable to modify a delivery address once the order is processed. However, if the order has been placed within 30 minutes, you may to cancel it and reorder.
